1. Never give up on anybody;miracles happen everyday.
2.Be brave even if your not, pretend to be. No one can tell the difference.
3. Think big thoughts, relish small pleasures.
4. Learn to listen. Oppurtunity sometimes knocks very softly.
5. Never deprive someone of hope, it might be all they have.
6. Strive for excellence, not perfection.
7. Don't waste time greiving over past mistakes. Learn from them and move on.
8. When someone hugs you let them be the first to let go.
9. Never cut what can be untied.
10. Don't expect life to be fair.
11. Remember:Success comes to the one that acts first.

Twiggy em Londres
Para celebrar o 60º aniversário da famosa modelo e atriz (setembro/2009), a National Portrait Galerie, em Londres, apresenta, até Março de 2010, a exposição “Twiggy: A Life in Photographs”. A exposição reune fotografias de Twiggy tiradas por Cecil Beaton, Richard Avedon, Ronald Traeger, Norman Parkinson, Annie Leibovitz e Steven Meisel. Acompanhada por uma foto biografia de sua vida, com mais de 100 ilustrações, a exposição inclui uma seleção pessoal de fotografias e snapshots feita pela própria Twiggy. Uma cronologia ilustrada marca os momentos altos da sua carreira, incluindo o seu papel no filme de Ken Russell, The Boy Friend (1971), que lhe valeu dois Globos de Ouro, e a sua atuação no musical da Broadway, “My One and Only” (1983-84). Twiggy foi a primeira top model de fama mundial. Esquálida, andrógina, cabelos loiros curtíssimos, com imensos olhos realçados com rímel e cílios postiços, tornou-se um ícone dos anos 60.
